About You
Are you ready to play a key role in our responsive maintenance team? Are you passionate about delivering excellent services to customers and supporting the wider responsive maintenance team? We need someone who is friendly, professional, and an excellent communicator to work in our busy and vibrant team. We're focused on improving our repairs service, and you'll play a significant part in making that happen.
You should have experience in the housing sector, with knowledge of repairs and maintenance. Be prepared to handle a wide and varied range of tasks, from managing customer complaints and disrepair cases to scheduling repairs and liaising with contractors. No two days will be the same. You'll turn negatives into positives by listening to customer feedback and taking the initiative to collaborate with colleagues across the business to meet targets and achieve high customer satisfaction.
This role is part of our ongoing commitment to improving our repairs service and delivering our Corporate Plan. If you meet most of our criteria, we still encourage you to apply.
The closing date for applications is 5 pm on Friday, 22 August.
The role would suit someone based in the Cambridgeshire region, working with our Muir team and partner contractors. It is a hybrid role with homeworking encouraged, but some in-person meetings will be held at our Huntingdon office and the partner contractor's office in Wisbech.
Applicants should submit a CV and supporting statement explaining why they are suitable for the role. Interviews will be held during the week commencing 8 September at our Huntingdon office in Cambridgeshire.
