Location: Newnham-on-Severn / Stourbridge with travel to communities in Hertfordshire, Gloucestershire, and Worcestershire.

Role Overview
The Head of Supported Living will oversee and develop supported living services for adults with learning disabilities. The role emphasizes person-centred, high-quality, compliant services that empower independence and goal achievement.
This leadership role involves fostering a culture of change, integrity, collaboration, and transparency, contributing to the charity's mission to support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health issues to lead healthy, active, and equal lives.
Strategic Goals
Aligning with the charity's ambition to lead in social and green care integration, the role involves transforming services to be effective, efficient, and outcomes-focused, ensuring continuous service enhancement, growth, and increased funding through strong relationships with authorities, commissions, and private markets.
Leadership and Management
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, this role is pivotal in delivering the charity's transformation agenda and strategic objectives, managing a significant budget with financial acumen.
Candidate Requirements
* Professional Housing Qualification Level 5 or above, with housing management and legislation knowledge.
* Desirable but not essential: Safeguarding Adults Level 5, Leadership in Health and Social Care Level 5.
* Experience in leading supported living housing management services.
* Knowledge of CQC regulations related to supported living.
* Experience in leading teams within not-for-profit and voluntary sectors serving adults with learning disabilities and autism.
* Skills in coaching, mentoring, change management, policy development, and team leadership across geographical locations.
* Experience in budget management and business growth strategies.
Location & Travel
The role covers communities in Stourbridge, Gloucestershire, and Hertfordshire, with regular travel and quarterly meetings requiring overnight stays.
