You will oversee and manage all cost aspects of investment projects and repairs, ensuring cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting. This role requires strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with project managers, finance teams, contractors, and stakeholders to optimise costs and maximise profitability. Hybrid working with 3-4 days per week in Burton on Trent Description · Develop, implement, and maintain cost control systems to monitor and report Investment Project and Repair Costs. · Analyse contractor and supplier pricing submissions to ensure value for money and alignment with the schedule of rates. · Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for projects (repairs). · Track and report on cost performance, identifying risks, variances, and opportunities for savings. · Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate project costing and service delivery.
