My client is a leading subcontract component manufacturer specialising in the production of high precision CNC turned parts for a variety of industries. They are no seeking a skilled CNC programmer/operator with experience of operating sliding head machines to join their growing team. Key responsibilities include: * Setting and operating a range of CNC sliding head machines, * Producing components in stainless steel and other metals to required tolerances and quality standards, right first time * Finishing components to the highest quality standards * Identifying and recommending programme amendments to improve efficiency and/or quality * Making authorised amendments to CNC programmes to meet component design requirements * Carrying out quality checks to ensure components meet the required quality standards This is an excellent opportunity to be involved with a small dynamic company, operating state of the art machinery in a clean & modern working environment, and build on future opportunities within our growing business.
