Overview

Responsibilities
* Provide an exceptional patient journey both in person and on the phone; be the first point of contact; welcome patients and ensure they have a great experience.
* Work with the team to manage the diary and maximise appointment capacity.
* Understand the full range of NHS and Private treatment options available within the practice.
* Complete relevant forms for NHS and private schemes within the specified timescales.
* Take payments and chase outstanding patient debt.
* Liaise with dental laboratories, supply companies and other organisations.
Key Skills and Experience
* Ability to easily build rapport and deliver high-level customer service.
* Passionate about building knowledge of treatment options within the dental sector; become an expert on what the practice offers.
* Driven to contribute to the success of the practice by seizing opportunities.
* Follow processes and work in a structured and organised way.
* Comfortable working to practice KPIs (call answer rate, data capture, rebooking).
* IT skills with the ability to learn SOE software.
* Positive, resilient, and composed with strong attention to detail; excellent team player.
