We are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Corby. This role is essential in maintaining our high standards of customer care.
Job Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for customer queries via phone, email, and chat
Provide detailed information about energy contracts and address any client concerns
Efficiently resolve customer issues to enhance their experience with our services
Keep accurate records of customer communications and update client information
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Contribute to process improvements based on customer feedback

Requirements
Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric outlook
Capability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer literacy is advantageous
A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for learning

Base salary £25,000 per annum (37.5 hours per week)
