The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment in the absence of the regular class teacher. Key Responsibilities: •Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and encourages positive behaviour.
•Implement effective behaviour management strategies to ensure a safe and productive learning environment. •Adapt to different school environments and work collaboratively with school staff. •Provide constructive feedback and support to pupils to aid their development.
Requirements: •Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. •Experience teaching in primary or secondary schools. •Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to maintain a positive classroom environment.
