Are you an experienced care professional ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a compassionate and proactive Field Care Manager to support our growing team and ensure the highest standards of care are delivered to our clients in the community.
About the Role
As a Field Care Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring our service users across Sutton receive safe, effective, and person-centred care. You’ll support our care teams in the field, complete care assessments, develop care plans, and monitor service delivery to maintain our excellent quality of care.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct initial assessments and regular reviews of care plans.
* Supervise and support care staff in the community.
* Carry out spot checks, competency assessments, and field observations.
* Liaise with families, professionals, and other stakeholders.
* Support with training, mentoring, and performance management of carers.
* Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
About You
* Minimum Level 3 Health and Social Care (or working towards it).
* Experience in domiciliary care and staff supervision.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
* A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care.
