Automotive Vehicle Technician
1. Location: Chiswick, West London
2. Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 Basic + £19k OTE Bonuses
3. Hours: 45 hours per week, with Saturdays on a rotational basis
Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician looking for an exciting new opportunity in West London? Our client, a well-established and highly reputable dealership in Chiswick, is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities of the Vehicle Technician
4. Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles to a high standard
5. Carry out servicing, maintenance, and complex repairs efficiently
6. Use diagnostic equipment and software to identify faults accurately
7. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians
8. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality workmanship
9. Stay updated with the latest vehicle technologies and manufacturer standards
Requirements for the Vehicle Technician role:
10. Qualified to NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
11. Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a main dealer or reputable independent garage
12. Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
13. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
14. Full UK driving licence
