Ross + Liddell are looking for a full time Finance Administrator to join their busy Commercial Property Department. Working alongside our Property Managers, the successful candidate's main day-to-day duties will include;
* Allocating Incoming Payments of Rent and Service Charges;
* Processing Client Payovers;
* Payment of Contractor Invoices;
* Processing of Service Charge Advances;
* Processing Service Charge Budgets, on instructions from Property Managers;
* Bank Reconciliations
* All associated tasks
Ideally candidates can demonstrate experience in a similar finance related role. Experience in TRAMPS property system would be preferred, but experience on similar systems will be considered.

The role is typically based in the office, but Hybrid Working is available after 3 month training period. Hours of work are 9am - 5pm, but alternative shift patterns are available after the initial training period, such as 8am - 4pm and 10am - 6pm.
