The Role

A leading specialist design and manufacturing company is seeking a Sales Administrator to support the Technical Sales Manager. You'll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, smooth sales operations, and timely delivery of orders, while gaining exposure to cross-department projects and career development opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Administration
1. Process and manage sales orders accurately.
2. Generate and follow up on quotes and leads.
3. Assist in producing sales reports and forecasts.
4. Maintain customer/project records in the ERP system and sales databases.
Customer Relationship Management
5. Build strong relationships with new and existing customers/distributors.
6. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
7. Support surveys and report insights to management.
Collaboration & Events
8. Work closely with Production, Engineering, and other departments to meet deadlines.
9. Assist with exhibitions, site visits, and promotional activities.
Compliance & Continuous Improvement
10. Contribute to ISO- accreditation and health & safety compliance.
11. Support the implementation of company policies and environmental initiatives.
Requirements:
12. 2-3 years' experience in sales support, order processing, or customer service.
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
14. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
15. Strong It skills with proficiency in MS Office and sales/CRM systems.
16. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
17. Degree or equivalent desirable but not essential.
