Are you passionate about making things better, faster, and smarter? We’re looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead the charge in transforming our operations through Lean thinking and strategic innovation.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Barnsley supporting our ASOS contract. You’ll be working Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 08:30 till 17:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £50,000 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Champion Lean principles across the site through coaching, mentoring, and hands-on support
* Lead the strategic deployment process, managing timelines, governance, and visualisation
* Facilitate Kaizen workshops and improvement projects aligned with business goals
* Track, measure, and present progress to internal and external stakeholders
* Support colleague development through Yellow & Green Belt training initiatives
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Green Belt (or equivalent) in Lean/Six Sigma with hands-on workshop experience
* Strong communication and influencing skills across all business levels
* Proven track record of coaching colleagues and management teams in building a mature Lean/C.I capability across end-to-end value streams within sites
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
* Proficient in Microsoft tools and confident in data presentation
