Overview
The primary purpose of the role is to become the main day‑to‑day contact for the client. This will mean working with the team both internally and externally (suppliers) to ensure the timely delivery of projects and taking primary ownership of accounts and the management of high‑quality outputs from the team.
Responsibilities
* Delegate and manage tactical & administrative processes
* Develop key client relationships and assume day‑to‑day contact role while ensuring client satisfaction
* Take a lead role on ensuring clients’ tactics are delivered through appropriate strategic, creative & digital routes
Qualifications
* Degree educated
* Good organisational and administration skills
* Strong communications skills
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and good proofreading skills
* Solution focused – suggestion of ideas and recommendations where appropriate
* Able to lead a team effectively
