Our client, a leading player in the procurement and supply chain sector, is currently looking for an experienced and motivated Global supply chain lead to join their dynamic team. Location - Fareham Key Responsibilities: Supporting the global supply chain management processes owned by the Global Supply organisation Providing reporting, data analysis, and leading cross-functional projects/teams Managing new product introductions (NPI), discontinuations, and source of supply changes Conducting demand management and forecast analysis Providing project management support for Life Cycle Management (LCM) programmes Leading cross-functional projects to support supply chain improvement initiatives Assisting with the planning and coordination of production activities Working with all operations relative to the management of their products Job Requirements: Significant experience as a Procurement Analyst or Supply Chain Analyst Highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of working independently and as part of a global team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail Outstanding written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills Experience with formal planning systems such as Logility or O9 Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite Understanding of continuous improvement, change management, and teamwork concepts Experience working in a regulated industry, preferably medical devices Benefits: Competitive salary Opportunity to work on global supply chain initiatives Professional development and training opportunities Collaborative and dynamic work environment Comprehensive employee benefits package If you are a seasoned Supply Chain Analyst ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role, we would love to hear from you.
