What you will be doing:
PeopleManagement & Team Leadership
1. Lead a small L&D Support team with line management responsibility for four direct reports.
2. Identify process improvements and efficient delivery noting the improvements made ensuring processes meet the needs of all our customers. Additionally, design and document process diagrams and documents.
Training
3. Lead all administrative and technical aspects of the Learning Management System, including overseeing the uploading of content & curricula on the LMS, testing, assigning, maintaining, and reporting on learning content.
4. Work with L&D leaders to maintain LMS inventories (course catalogue) and optimise for LMS reporting.
Reporting
5. Work closely with the MI team, L&D leaders, and the L&D team to ensure that up to date data is provided in the required timeframes.
6. Work closely with the relevant Finance Manager(s) on data reporting in respect to costings and recharging, including the apprentice levy.
Engagement / Collaboration
7. Coordination and project management of community engagement initiatives.
8. Develop close and effective relationships with the Learning and Development Teams.
Other
9. Provide support for additional ad hoc tasks and projects within the People & Culture department.
10. Utilising and sharing best practice and process within the People Hub team.
What you’ll bring:
11. Have a service-oriented mind-set with proven delivery of exceptional quality customer service.
12. A hands-on individual who is solutions focused with LMS experience (preferably Cornerstone) to support in all aspects of maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving the Company’s core platform.
13. Have experience of working in Learning and Development with LMS/MOOC configuration.
14. Have experience in analysing LMS content to enhance meetings with L&D leaders to demonstrate content that is readily available.
15. Previous experience of working within a Line Management role, ideally within Learning and Development.
16. Good data analysis data interpretation skills
17. Be curious and driven to solve customer and business challenges in learning and development.
18. Be a self-starter with a desire for action and operational efficiency, including automation and self-service tools.
