We are looking for a Brand Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. You are a self starter who will bring hands-on marketplace experience. This role blends brand strategy, product optimisation, and performance-driven decision making to drive meaningful growth for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Product listing optimisation:
Update and enhance product listings (Titles, A+ content, keywords, imagery) to maximize discoverability and conversion.
- Copywriting and content:
Write clear, compelling copy for product listings, A+ content, and supporting brand assets. Ensure product listings are fully optimised for both search and conversion, aligning with best practices.
- Testing and experiments
: Lead A/B testing and CRO experiments to identify high impact strategies and improve performance.
- Strategic optimisation:
Develop and refine strategies, product positioning, and campaigns to boost visibility and sales.
- Cross functional collaboration:
Partner with internal teams to deliver client facing documentation and insights that drive success.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* 5+ years of experience managing marketplaces (Amazon required) for a DTC brand, agency, or startup
* Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central, and retail media platforms
* Proven skills in copywriting and content creation, particularly for product listings and brand messaging
* Strong analytical mindset, confident in interpreting performance data and making optimization decisions
* Experience running CRO tests and analyzing performance metrics
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Entrepreneurial spirit with a growth mindset, thriving in fast-paced, high ambiguity environments
* Familiarity with Rufus and COSMO (preferred)
