As anITRegional Support Specialist, you’ll bring experience of working in a modern ITIL-based IT service organisation, providing technical support and experience of managing a complex IT infrastructure. You will have excellent communication skills as well as have technical ability of supporting major outages, Windows 7-10 and Microsoft Cloud technologies.
As our ITRegionalSupport Specialist, you will provide desk-side support within dedicated region/cluster supporting all Nuffield Health sites, who can provide a high standard of support to Nuffield Health IT users.
As ourITRegional Support Specialist, you will:
1. Contribute to the support and implementation of the end user computing platformin order todeliver maximum value to Nuffield Health.
2. Deliver a high standard of support to Nuffield Health IT users.
3. Provide desk-side support within dedicated region/cluster supporting all Nuffield Health sites.
4. Provide 2nd line support remote support to end users within the dedicated region.
5. Deliver excellent customer service throughout all engagement with the userin order toimprove user satisfaction.
6. Resolve incidents and handle service requests in a professional and timely manner.
7. Proactively develop the quality of the service offered to the end users and the efficiency of the delivery of that service.
8. Provide dedicated support during project deployments for set periods of time.
9. Transition the knowledge gained from the projects back into operations.
