Your Mission:
1. Architect and Deliver Solutions: Design and implement ERP solutions using Oracle ERP Cloud, focusing on Financials, Procurement, and Project Portfolio Management. Your expertise will be vital in creating tailored, efficient systems for our clients.
2. Project Leadership: Manage and lead the delivery of Oracle ERP projects, ensuring timely and successful implementations. Oversee project teams and resources to achieve project goals within scope and budget.
3. Technical Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to our technical team members, fostering a collaborative learning environment. Share your knowledge of Oracle's latest tools and best practices.
4. Client Engagement and Consulting: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique business needs. Consult and advise clients on the best use of Oracle ERP solutions to address their challenges.
5. Pre-Sales and Business Development: Collaborate with the sales team to win new business. Participate in client presentations, solution demonstrations, and proposal creation.
Qualifications:
6. Experience: 6-8 years of relevant industry experience, including hands-on involvement in Oracle ERP Cloud (Financials Cloud Service) implementations. Consulting or client-facing experience is highly desirable.
7. Technical Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of Oracle Financials Cloud modules (GL, AP, AR, Cash Mgmt., Fixed Assets, Tax) and practical experience with Procurement, PPM, or related areas.
8. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams, ensuring project success. Strong project management and organizational skills.
9. Communication: Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and internal collaboration.
10. Analytical and Problem-Solving: Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle complex technical challenges.
11. Education: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degrees or professional certifications are advantageous.
12. Solution Architecture and Design Sessions: Leading workshops and brainstorming sessions to understand client requirements and design tailored ERP solutions using Oracle ERP Cloud. Creating high-level and detailed solution architectures, system diagrams, and process flows.
13. Client Requirements Gathering: Conducting meetings and interviews with clients to gather business requirements, understand their pain points, and identify areas where Oracle ERP solutions can bring value.
14. Technical Documentation: Preparing technical specifications, design documents, user stories, and other project-related documentation to ensure a clear understanding of the solution among the team and stakeholders.

16. Guiding and mentoring a team of ERP consultants, developers, and analysts, providing technical direction and support.
17. Conducting performance reviews, providing feedback, and coaching team members to enhance their skills.

19. Client Presentations and Demonstrations:
20. Preparing and delivering engaging presentations to clients, showcasing proposed solutions, project progress, and key features/benefits of Oracle ERP Cloud.
21. Conducting solution demonstrations to illustrate the functionality and value of the implemented ERP system
22. Pre-Sales Support:
23. Participating in pre-sales activities, including client meetings, to understand their needs and propose suitable Oracle ERP solutions.
24. Assisting in creating compelling proposals, RFPs, and SOWs, highlighting the value proposition and technical approach.
