About the Role: We are seeking a caring and committed Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming SEN primary school in the Winchester area. You will work closely with pupils who have a range of additional needs, providing tailored support to help them access learning, develop confidence and build essential skills. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Offering 1:1 and small-group support to children with various SEN needs Assisting the class teacher in delivering inclusive, engaging lessons Helping pupils with communication, emotional regulation and social development Creating a positive, nurturing and supportive learning environment Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs and support staff What We’re Looking For: Experience working with children (SEN experience a bonus but not essential) A patient, caring and proactive approach Strong communication and teamwork skills A genuine enthusiasm for supporting young learners Flexibility with working hours Why Work with Teaching Personnel?
