Electrical Engineer – Facilities Management / Building Services Location: Tottenham Court Road Salary: £45,000 Training Overtime Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Contract Type: Permanent / Full-time About the Role Skilled Careers are currently partnering up with one of our long-term clients to assist with appointment of an electrical engineer to be based on a single man site. This technical engineer will be joining a growing business with long term opportunities. In this role, you’ll ensure the safe and efficient operation of all electrical systems through planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, and compliance testing — helping to keep the building running smoothly and reliably for our clients. Key Responsibilities Deliver PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical building services systems (lighting, power, switchgear, emergency lighting, etc.) Carry out fault-finding, diagnosis, and repair on a range of electrical plant and equipment Assist with minor mechanical maintenance across different plant room systems.
