Position Title: Office Manager

Salary: £25k-£30k depending on experience

Overview
The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing and delivering premium customer service, administration support across the business and support in operational activities. This role plays a key part in building strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, supporting account management, and maintaining efficient reporting and administrative systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Service Programme: Help design, implement, and oversee a comprehensive customer service program to ensure service excellence across the Group.
* Account Support: Support the Account Management team in delivering client KPIs and exceeding customer expectations.
* Key Account Oversight: Manage key B2B and D2C brand accounts, ensuring client requirements are met and KPIs exceeded.
* Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and deliver weekly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for management.
* Process Management: Oversee customer engagement processes, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and escalated appropriately when required.
* Continuous Learning: Stay current with customer experience and administrative best practices, integrating improvements into company operations.
* Accounts administration: Work closely with finance team to manage the administration of business accounts including purchases, credits and bank payments.
* Operational Activity: Support the operational side of the business.
* Office Administration: Manage administrative processes, including scheduling, documentation, communication, and general office operations.
Skills & Qualifications
* Proven experience in office management, administration and customer service leadership.
* Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in reporting, analysis, and office management systems particularly excel.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Can work within a small growing team, with the desire to support the business in other activities to ensure we deliver with the customer at the forefront of everything.
* Knowledge of platforms such as Shopify, Xero and Sales Force preferable
This role will be full-time based in our Nottingham HQ.
