Overview
We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our Wigan team. This is a varied and rewarding role, adding value to the team and business. Our customers are at the heart of Safetykleen, and our Field Service Engineers are vital to keeping our customers happy whilst increasing their productivity. You’ll be delivering a high level of service through attending customer sites, servicing and cleaning of their machines, undertaking on-site repairs, and collecting chemical waste. If you love driving, enjoy a hands-on role, and want to develop your mechanical engineering and repair skills, then this is the role for you.

* Salary: £31,000 plus bonuses.

* Schedule: Monday to Friday - Day shifts.

Responsibilities
* Attend 9–11 site visits daily, service and maintain machines, replenish cleaning solutions, and remove waste drums.
* Collection of low-hazardous waste streams.
* Full training provided to complete on-site repairs.
* Deliver excellent customer service and report service faults to the appropriate account managers.
* Use hand-held tablets and CRM to manage your week and workload.
* Meet customers across a wide range of industries.
Qualifications and Experience
* A clean UK Driving Licence.
* A Class 2 Licence is desirable.
* Enjoy being on the road, meeting customers, and building trusted relationships.
* Experience in the waste industry is not required—full training provided.
