Overview
Facilities Manager — Pertemps are recruiting for a Facilities Manager to join a leading local business in Basingstoke. This is a full–time permanent position.
Responsibilities
* Ensure all spaces are fully functional, safe, secure and well maintained
* Ensure the safety, security and wellbeing of all staff, visitors and contractors
* Provide effective leadership and day to day management of the facilities team
* Contribute to the strategic planning and development of the building
* Plan preventative maintenance duties
* Work closely with other department managers in relation to the annual H&S audit and associated actions
* Project manage a variety of planned projects to successful completion
* Oversee key holding and act as one of the out of hours emergency call outs
Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Experience leading and managing a facilities/ maintenance team
* Flexible working approach, due to the nature of the business you will be required to work flexible hours occasionally
* Confident buildings strong relations and a passion for making a difference
The Facilities Manager Role
* Salary of 37,515
* Permanent full–time role working 37 hours per week
* 31 days of holiday including bank holidays
