The gentleman is very independent. He has a wheelchair which he only uses when necessary. He uses oxygen and may at times now feel up to going out, therefore companionship within his howe To provide social support, accompanying the gentleman on outings to golf / fishing weather permitting and to appointments. As well as other social activities At times to assist with personal care, medication, making a meal / sandwich / drink Full Drivers licence required, as will have to drive the employer’s vehicle if he is unwell.
