Fram is delighted to be working with a well-established and growing Financial Planning firm based in Lancashire. As part of their continued expansion, they're looking for a highly organised, proactive IFA Administrator to join their collaborative team.
Working as part of a dedicated "pod" supporting four Financial Advisers, you'll become a key part of the client journey—building strong relationships and gaining a deep understanding of financial planning products and providers.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Processing new business applications and tracking them through to completion
* Liaising with providers to ensure smooth and timely administration
* Handling client queries with professionalism and care
* Producing accurate client valuation reports
* Collaborating closely with Financial Planners and Paraplanners in your pod
* Maintaining and updating back-office systems
* Supporting with ad-hoc administrative duties across the team
What We're Looking For:
1. Ideally 2+ years of administration experience in an IFA or Wealth Management setting
2. Confident user of Word, Excel, Outlook, and back-office systems
3. Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
