Location: UK (National role with travel)
The Role
* Own and deliver the end-to-end supply chain strategy
* Lead high-volume distribution, logistics, and inventory operations
* Drive improvements in availability, cost, and working capital
* Partner closely with buying, merchandising, and sourcing teams
* Lead major transformation initiatives across systems, automation, and network design
* Build and inspire large operational and leadership teams
About You
* Proven senior supply chain leader within retail, FMCG, or high-volume distribution
* Strong operational background across warehousing, transport, and network planning
* Experience managing complex, fast-moving, multi-SKU supply chains
* Commercial, data-driven, and confident operating at executive level reporting to the board
* Hands-on leader who thrives in a high-pace, value-focused environment
