We have an opportunity for a Non-Medical Prescriber to join the GYAS CRHT.
We are looking for a Mental Health Clinician, with extensive crisis team experience, who has completed their Non-Medical Prescribing Course.
Are you an experienced clinician who is highly motivated with a range of transferrable skills and is enthusiastic about working with adults experiencing mental health difficulties? Responsibilities include:
* Formulating treatment plans to provide a holistic service to meet mental health and physical health needs.
* Completing comprehensive assessments including assessment and management of risk.
* Undertaking urgent medication reviews.
* Exploring alternatives to admission and advocating for intensive community-based/home treatment options.
* Providing advice, support and guidance where required to the MDT.
* Supporting staff development and acting as a role model to the team, such as demonstrating the behaviours required in line with our Trust values.
* Taking part in Quality and Safety Reviews within the Trust.
* Undertaking Line Management Supervision within the team for an agreed number of staff.
