Join our team and become an expert advisor
As part of our team, you’ll become an expert advisor — an inspiration and guide for our customers. You’ll get to know each customer and their home improvement projects. Your responsibilities will include sales, click & collect, setting up displays, and maintaining an attractive store environment. You’ll also have opportunities for training across various areas, with excellent customer service at the core of your role.
What we need
We’re looking for someone who is eager to help, keen to learn, and has a passion for home improvement. You should be friendly, outgoing, and enjoy helping others. You’ll be comfortable using new technology and learning new ways of working. The role requires teamwork and flexibility to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
