Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for creating exceptional spaces? We’re looking for someone to lead high-value construction and refurbishment projects across Scotland, delivering stylish hospitality and accommodation environments from concept to completion.
This role is based in Kilmarnock, Scotland.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Managing new-build and refurbishment projects valued at £2m+
* Leading projects from feasibility through to handover
* Overseeing budgets, procurement, and contract administration
* Coordinating with directors, design teams, and contractors
* Ensuring compliance with planning, building regulations, licensing, H&S, and sustainability standards
* Driving collaboration across internal and external teams
* Chairing meetings, leading site inspections, and resolving issues
What You’ll Bring:
1. Experience in hospitality, leisure, or accommodation project management
2. Strong knowledge of construction processes and regulations
3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
4. Ability to balance creative design with commercial realities
5. Organised, detail-focused, and proactive approach
6. Willingness to travel across Scotland and attend HQ/project sites
