We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Technical Coordinator to join our team and ensure that all scheduled work is ready to go — on time, on budget, and with all the right resources in place. This is a critical role where you’re planning and coordination skills will directly support frontline technicians, enabling them to complete essential maintenance work efficiently and safely.
What you'll be doing as a Technical Coordinator Planning and coordinating maintenance activities using SAP. Ensuring all tools, materials, permits, and skilled personnel are in place before work starts. Working closely with Field Performance Managers, Planners, and Technicians to align on work schedules.
Understanding asset care plans and the criticality of assets within the wider operational environment. Chasing suppliers, coordinating deliveries, and managing the receipting process. Supporting team development by providing technical advice and mentoring trainees where needed.
