What you'll be doing:
* Safety & Compliance: Implementing and revising RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements), ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations, and conducting site safety checks.
* Operational Management: Supervising on-site demolition, managing plant/transport resources, and maintaining site discipline.
* Team Leadership: Delivering inductions, toolbox talks, and task briefings to the demolition crew.
* Communication & Reporting: Liaising with project managers, clients, and residents, and reporting project progress.
What we're looking for:
* Valid CCDO Demolition Supervisor Card (Gold card)
* Extensive experience in demolition (steel/concrete structures)
* Knowledge of health and safety legislation
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Often requires Asbestos Awareness, First Aid, and sometimes specialist certifications like IPAF or PASMA
