About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well‑established and highly regarded firm in Ipswich.
The firm delivers pragmatic, commercially focused advice to a diverse client base, ranging from regional businesses to larger national organisations. You will work as part of a collaborative, forward‑thinking team, gaining exposure to a broad mix of commercial property matters.
Responsibilities
* Commercial property leases (freehold, leasehold acquisition and disposal)
* Development work
* Landlord and tenant matters
* Licences
Candidate
We are keen to speak with Solicitors or Legal Executives with practising rights and a minimum of 3 years’ PQE in commercial property.
* Solid technical expertise and strong attention to detail
* Confidence to manage own caseload with minimal supervision
* Ability to build and maintain client relationships
* Capable of working closely with experienced Partners who will support your ongoing development
