This is a dual role, combining your love of sport with the opportunity to make a real difference as a Teaching Assistant. This is the perfect role for someone who is active, passionate about supporting young people, and wants to help children with additional needs reach their full potential. About the Role: Support students with SEMH needs both in lessons and through engaging sports and physical activities. Work 1:1 and in small groups to build confidence, self-esteem, and positive relationships. Help pupils to develop social and emotional skills through sport and teamwork. Assist teachers and pastoral staff in creating a safe, nurturing, and structured environment. What We're Looking For: Someone with a background or strong interest in sport, coaching, or physical education. A positive role model who can build trust and rapport with children who need extra support. Experience working with young people or within a school setting is desirable, but not essential.
