Quantity Surveyors - Prime Residential
Premises Recruitment are working with a number of established main contractors operating in the Prime and Super Prime Residential market.
The live vacancies we have for Quantity Surveyors in the Country Homes and London markets are listed below:
1) Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor - Belgravia
Established brand name in the Prime Residential sector. Turnover in excess of £70m.
Very well respected and friendly team. Genuinely nice people to work with.
A genuine opportunity for career growth in line with planned expansion.
* Seeking a Project QS or Senior QS with responsibility for one to two Super Prime residential projects in London.
* Office based with regular site visits.
* Reporting to the Regional Director and Commercial Director.
2) Quantity Surveyor - Bond Street, London
£65k to £80k + full benefits package
* Seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a c. £12m Super Prime project in Central London.
* Great opportunity to work for a leading brand name in Super Prime construction who have an exceptional staff retention record.
3) Project or Senior QS - Berkshire/Buckinghamshire
Leading, brand name Prime Residential specialist. One of the top 3 main contractors operating in this niche sector.
* Seeking a Project QS or Senior QS for a Super Prime residential project on the Berkshire/Buckinghamshire border.
* Reporting to the Regional Commercial Manager.
