Fairmont St Andrews are looking for a passionate Sales Manager to join the award-winning team and take charge of the MICE market across a designated territory. This is your chance to sell one of Scotland’s most iconic destinations and make a serious impact on our group revenue goals.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Hunt and close new business: Prospect, pitch, and convert leads through face-to-face meetings, events, and trade shows.
* Grow key accounts: Maximise value from existing clients and build long-term loyalty.
* Be our brand ambassador: Represent Fairmont St Andrews across the UK and internationally through sales missions, industry events, and client visits.
* Collaborate for success: Work closely with Accor Global Sales, tourist boards, and partners to drive demand.
* Own your market: Develop and execute smart strategies to boost bookings, revenue, and brand visibility.

Qualifications
Experience:
* Minimum 3–5 years of proactive B2B sales experience, preferably in MICE, hospitality, or luxury travel sectors.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Experience working with global hotel brands or conference venues is a strong advantage.
* Experience with key markets (e.g., UK, European, or international MICE business) is beneficial.
Technical Skills:
* Proficient in CRM systems, ideally Opera Sales & Catering.
* Solid grasp of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
* Knowledge of sales pipeline management, forecasting, and market segmentation.
