Job Description
* Identify and develop new business opportunities
* Managing, maintaining, and expanding new and existing customer accounts
* Research the relevant markets and generate leads
* Understand trend, competition and other market factors that affect buying decisions
* Presenting products and new opportunities in a way that engages buyers.
* Implement strategic plans to grow sales.
* Ability to work independently, but also closely with the team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Business Development Manager should have:
* Proven experience of working with large brands (ideally within Health & Beauty, Alcohol or Gifting)
* Excellent interpersonal skills for client relationship management.
* A keen eye for identifying new business opportunities.
* Ideally some degree of knowledge of the Luxury packing world
* The ability to get to Southampton on occasion
