Responsibilities
* Respond to client enquiries, assist with booking updates, confirm details, and provide general travel-related support.

* Engage in training on systems, communication standards, and travel-specific processes.
Qualifications
* Organised, calm under pressure, and confident communicating in writing and verbally.
* Comfortable managing multiple conversations, prioritising tasks, and maintaining accurate records.
* Previous experience in customer service, administration, or hospitality is helpful but not required.
