Your new role
Role Responsibilities
1. Carry out kitchen extract system cleaning in accordance with TR19 Grease.
2. Carry out ventilation system cleaning in accordance with TR19.
3. Install access doors into ventilation systems in accordance with DW144.
4. Inspect fire dampers in accordance with BS9999.
5. Conduct regular inspections of physical plant equipment as instructed.
6. Follow a preventative maintenance programme.
7. Rmend major repairs where needed.
8. Maintain personal equipment and chemical inventory levels.
9. Ensure service sheets are submitted prior to leaving site.
10. Carry out all scheduled works as instructed.
11. Follow method statements at all times.
12. Ensure safe working practices in line with RAMS.
13. Maintain accurate records.
14. Leave work areas clean and tidy.
