You must be comfortable working at height as you'll mainly work with the roofing team Thirteen Benefits Salary - £28,437 per annum Thirteen will provide you with tools and any PPE you will need for the role. Buy/Sell Annual Leave Fixed Shift Pattern - 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 4pm on Fridays in summer. In the winter, these hours will be 8am to 4pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 3.30pm on Fridays. Key Responsibilities Support our repairs department, ensuring our homes meet the highest standards for our customers. Work primarily in the vibrant Tees Valley area (Hartlepool, Stockton, Middlesbrough), with occasional travel beyond. Contribute to our ‘TradePlus’ scheme, acquiring diverse skills to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Comfortable working at height as you'll mainly work with the roofing team About You Skilled in general semi-skilled works and eager to assist in various trades.
