Role and Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and oversee the overall office space.
2. Manage utilities bills and expenses, coordinating payments with the finance team.
3. Handle employee details and liaise with HR shared services for monthly updates.
4. Coordinate office access with building administration.
5. Manage office stationery and giveaways, maintaining stock levels.
6. Ensure ESG compliance, data entry, and coordinate with the global committee for on-ground reporting.
7. Oversee procurement for the region.
8. Coordinate with the building landlord.
9. Restock the fridge and snack bar regularly.
10. Maintain the meeting rooms, kitchen area, and snack bar.
11. Assist HR and administration teams with employee activities, conferences, and marketing events.
