The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to accelerate revenue growth across our exhibition portfolio through exhibition stand and sponsorship sales. This is a high-impact role that blends strategic sales leadership with personal revenue responsibility.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Strategic Sales Leadership

Support the Head of Sales in delivering the overall commercial strategy

Identify new revenue streams, growth markets, and expansion opportunities
*
Monitor competitor and market activity to inform planning and positioning
Revenue Generation
*
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets across stands and sponsorship
*
Manage and grow high-value accounts and strategic partnerships
*
Drive exhibitor acquisition, retention, and rebooking rates
*
Maximise sponsorship, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities
*
Develop compelling, tailored proposals for major clients
Performance & Forecasting
*
Maintain accurate CRM records and robust pipeline forecasting
*
Track performance against targets and proactively mitigate risks
*
Ensure adherence to sales processes and best practice standards
Client Relationship Management
*
Build strong, long-term relationships with exhibitors and sponsors
*
Act as a trusted commercial advisor to key accounts
*
Deliver exceptional client service throughout the full sales cycle
Market & Business Development
*
Attend competitor and industry events to identify new prospects
*
Build deep market knowledge within the renewable energy sector
*
Proactively identify and convert high-value new business opportunities
Collaboration & Delivery

Respond to inbound enquiries professionally and efficiently

Prepare high-quality proposals and contracts

Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless event execution
About You
