Job Description
PPS Pumps is seeking an Experienced Submersible Pump Engineer to join our dynamic team in London.
As an Experienced Submersible Pump Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of basement pumps across the city.
From installation to maintenance and repair, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch service to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Conducting installations, maintenance, and repairs of submersible pumps in domestic basements and commercial properties.
* Diagnosing pump issues and implementing effective solutions in a timely manner.
* Providing technical support and guidance to customers on pump operation and maintenance.
* Collaborating with the wider team to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our service offerings.
* Upholding the values and vision of PPS Pumps in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Submersible Pump Engineer, with a strong track record of successful installations and repairs.
* Knowledge of submersible pump systems and associated equipment.

* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within London as required.
