Hours 4 on 4 off shift pattern which includes days & nights Were currently looking to recruit a Fire Safety Officer to join our team in Barrow and will play a critical role in minimising the risk of fire at our clients site, and when required provide coordinated emergency responses to Fire and First Aid Incidents. As part of the Fire Safety Team, you will also be responsible for carrying out and / or auditing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) of fire equipment and fire training. Being a key member of the wider site team, you will need to develop strong, customer centric, trusted, and personable relationships with all key stakeholders within Apleona and the Client organisations. The position requires an individual with a proactive, diligent, and conscientious approach to the work environment. As part of the role you will; Proactively identify and address or escalate incidents or practices that breech internal requirements, external regulation or present a risk to Health and Safety or business operations. Ensure all permits, records, and notices are up to date and managed in a timely manner. Investigate and provide written reports on incidents including recommendations.
