What you will be doing? To support divisional/departmental managers in the effective management of staff, ensuring the people related issues are dealt with in line with Force Policy and best practise. To be responsible for the development and updating of Human Resources document management systems ensuring information can be accessed by colleagues as appropriate. To provide support to line managers dealing with people related issues, including attendance and performance, misconduct (police staff), fairness at work, organisation change and recruitment and selection.
