THE ROLE
As Project Manager, you will play a crucial role within the Client Services function by overseeing the smooth execution and delivery of complex client projects spanning various services such as SEO, Earned Media, Paid Media, and Creative. You will report to the Head of Client Services.
Your responsibilities will encompass proactive planning, efficient execution, and meticulous management of all digital activities from inception to conclusion.
Responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers and service teams to ensure comprehensive and seamless delivery of cross-service client projects.
· Develop, manage, and oversee comprehensive project scopes and delivery plans, including timelines, utilisation, and budgets.
· Work closely with Client Services Director, Commerical Director, and Operations to proactively resolve delivery challenges, as well as celebrate successes with the goal of continuously enhancing our ways of working and processes
· Conduct risk assessments and implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of project outputs and ensure robust service delivery.
· Foster collaborative environments between Client Services and various service teams to ensure a unified approach to meeting client requirements, enhancing cross-team collaboration.
YOU
To be considered for this role, my Client is seeking an agency Project Manager with:
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, ideally within a digital or creative agency environment.
- Proven ability to manage digital projects across various channels such as SEO, SEM, and social media.
· Strong technical proficiency with CMS, SEO practices, and familiarity with project management software.
· Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills.
· Ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement.
The role requires 3 days per week in the Bedford office.
