Roles/Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
* Identify and win new business within the metal fabrication and manufacturing sectors.
* Promote a wide range of welding equipment, consumables, PPE, and services.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient customer support.
* Meet and exceed sales targets with a focus on territory growth.
* Maintain accurate sales forecasts, records, and reporting.
Qualifications
1. Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in welding, MRO, tooling, or related technical sectors.
2. Demonstrated success in both new business development and account management.
3. Strong technical aptitude and understanding of client needs.
4. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
