William Rose Associates is currently partnering with an established financial services firm based in London, which is looking for a Performance & Attribution Analyst to join the business on a 12-month FTC.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS | Performance & Attribution Analyst, FTC
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience in performance and attribution analysis is essential. Candidates with purely client reporting backgrounds will only be considered if they also have hands-on exposure to performance and attribution.
* Proficiency in systems such as FactSet, Bloomberg, or Advent (APX) is highly desirable.
* Exposure to traditional investment products (long-only equity and fixed income strategies).

You’ll be responsible for producing monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc investment reports, analysing portfolio data, and generating custom analytics to support business and management decisions. The role also includes troubleshooting reporting issues, leading projects to enhance reporting capabilities, and contributing to strategic initiatives across multiple business segments.
