Experienced Baker
We're on the lookout for a skilled and passionate baker to join our team, with a strong focus on artisanal sourdough bread production.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in artisan sourdough baking
* Strong knowledge of mixing, molding, proofing, and baking processes
* Confident operating ovens and bakery equipment
* Familiarity with dough-handling techniques and fermentation timing
* Ability to work efficiently and cleanly in a fast‑paced environment
* A team player with a love for quality, consistency, and craftsmanship
This is a hands‑on position, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and understands the precision and care that goes into creating excellent bread.
We are located in Melbourne's south easter suburb and offering morning and early morning shifts.
