We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, tech-savvy Lead P roperty Management Systems Coordinator to lead, maintain, and enhance our property management software and digital tools. What You’ll Be Doing In this role you will ensure that our property management systems operate smoothly and will play a key role in optimising operational efficiency and will also be required to act as a mentor and coach to colleagues. Customer Liaison: Handle Landlord and Tenant enquiries with flair and professionalism. Query Management: Tackle queries, resolving disputes like a pro! Account Management: Raise invoices, conduct account reconciliations, set up standing orders, prepare financial reports Team Collaborator: Work closely with property managers and other colleagues to keep everything running smoothly and provide training to the team. Developing processes and procedures to improve the smooth running of the Property function. Serve as a primary contact for all Property Management System needs, updates, and issues. Monitor system performance and coordinate technical troubleshooting with internal teams and external vendors. Implement system updates, enhancements, and new features as required. Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for staff across multiple departments. Maintain system data accuracy, reporting tools, and user access controls. Analyse workflow processes and recommend improvements to strengthen operational efficiency. Assist with onboarding new properties or business units into the property management systems. Produce regular and ad-hoc performance reports for management. What We’re Looking For Account Management experience Customer relation s experience Knowledge of Property Management software (MRI Qube or ProLease is preferable). Desire for personal growth by undertaking learning and training opportunities Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills—you're the friendly voice that everyone loves to hear from! Organisational Skills: Excellent time management, prioritisation, and diary management to keep everything on track. Team Spirit: A collaborative, approachable attitude that makes you a joy to work with. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including advanced Excel skills and experience of databases. Analytical skills to improve and implement departmental procedures. Willingness to embrace professional development and training opportunities This role is primarily office based but there may be an opportunity to work remotely 1 day per week following induction period.
