What You'll Be Doing
You'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing advice, support, and tailored hire solutions. Daily tasks include:
Handling calls, emails & digital enquiries
Recommending the right products and services
Processing hires, off-hires & order changes
Spotting opportunities to add value
Building strong customer relationships
Ensuring smooth, accurate, compliant transactions
What We're Looking For
Experience in sales or customer service (hire/construction a bonus)
Strong communicator who builds rapport quickly
Organised, detail‑focused, and proactive
Confident in a high‑volume environment
Comfortable using CRM and order systems
Training & Development
